Cara Black of Zimbabwe built an international career as a doubles specialist, winning Wimbledon women's doubles titles in 2004, 2005 and 2007 as well as majors in Australia and the United States.

Her official Women's Tennis Association profile records her world No. 1 doubles ranking dated 17 October 2005 and 60 career doubles titles. These achievements represent many seasons of competition, not one event on a single date.

The history also reaches beyond Cara to Wayne and Byron Black and their teammates, including Zimbabwe's Davis Cup era. We want to document tennis coaching, development clubs and school sport so younger players can see the pathway behind the trophies.
