Not every Zimbabwean achiever performs before a crowd. Many organise volunteer events, mentor new leaders, write project proposals or spend their weekends managing community initiatives.

JCI Zimbabwe's published first-half 2026 newsletter names the GreenZi Project, Creative Young Entrepreneurs programme, Ten Outstanding Young Persons awards process and women-in-leadership training among its activities.

The newsletter is an organisation's own account of its plans and work; OurPride does not treat every programme title as a measured social-impact result. Names of outstanding honourees should be matched to the organiser's final awards record, not guessed.

This is a starting point for documenting chapter members, organisers and beneficiaries with proper consent, including smaller local JCI groups away from Harare.
