There is a feeling in hearing a familiar choir, remembering a jazz night, seeing a Zimbabwean flag cross the finish line or hearing that someone from home did something extraordinary. This month's OurPride collection gathers the sounds, places and people that made that feeling possible: choirs, musicians, the Golden Girls, local healthcare pioneers, sports teams and volunteers. Some achievements happened decades ago and others belong to 2026. Their historical event dates are preserved on each story, while this magazine's genuine publication date remains in October 2026. Share the story that takes you back—and help us identify whose contribution we have still overlooked.
